Selling more isn't more clicks: it's less friction.
Odoo Sales already ships the whole circuit: quotes with their templates and optional products, a portal where the customer accepts and signs without calling anyone, price lists with rules by customer, quantity and date, and the jump to order, delivery and invoice without retyping a single field. What we do is what comes next: when the margin depends on the channel and the moment, when orders arrive through six different doors, and when committing to a date has to be a promise you keep.
Quotes that close themselves
Templates with their terms and the optional products the customer adds alone, a portal to accept and sign electronically, and online payment of the quote if you want to get paid in the same click. No PDFs going back and forth, no scanned signatures.
Pricing by rules, not by sticky notes
Price lists with rules by customer, category, minimum quantity and validity dates, with discounts computed on cost or on list price. On top we build dynamic pricing when the margin has to be decided by channel, volume and moment.
Omnichannel orders
Web, marketplaces, EDI and reps on the road enter the same flow, against the same stock and the same truth. With our connectors, whatever sells in one channel is deducted in all the others on the spot.
Commit to dates and keep them
The order sees real availability, replenishment lead times and partial deliveries. If something will not arrive, you know at confirmation and not on delivery day, which is when it costs you a customer.
Invoice however it has to be
By what was delivered or by what was ordered, with down payments as an amount or a percentage, and by milestones when the project runs long. The invoice comes out of the order with its analytic account already set, with no lines duplicated by hand.
The team, actually measured
Sales teams with their targets, scheduled activities and analysis by rep, product and margin. Campaign attribution travels from the first click all the way to the paid invoice.
Questions we get asked
Can the customer accept and sign without pestering us?
Yes. The quote goes out with a link to their portal, where they review it, add the optional products you offered, sign it electronically and — if you configure a payment method — pay it. That signature alone confirms the order.
Can we run different prices by customer and channel without losing our minds?
That is what price lists are for: rules by customer, product category, minimum quantity and validity dates, computed on cost or on list price. One rule set properly replaces half a spreadsheet.
What happens if we sell something we don't have?
Odoo flags availability and the expected date on the order itself, and depending on the reordering rule it launches the purchase or the manufacturing order. You can allow the sale with a warning or block it; what cannot happen is finding out late.
Can we charge up front or by milestones?
Yes: down payments as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the order, and milestone invoicing when delivery is spread over time. All tied to the same order, with no loose invoices nobody can match later.
