Odoo CRM

A CRM that thinks before your rep does.

Odoo CRM puts your pipeline in order: opportunities on a kanban, stages per team, scheduled activities and a history where every email and every call stays attached to the customer record. That's the base, and out of the box it already does more than most companies ever use — predictive scoring that learns from your won and lost deals, email aliases that turn a message into a lead, assignment rules per rep. We start where that configuration ends: when the CRM has to decide with you, not just store what you already decided.

Scoring that learns from you

Odoo computes the probability of closing with a model trained on your own won and lost opportunities, not on textbook rules. You choose which variables carry weight — country, language, source, team, tags — and the number recalculates itself as your history grows.

A pipeline cut to your pattern

Your own stages per sales team, probability by stage, typed lost reasons and automations that trigger the next action. The point isn't for the rep to feed the CRM: it's for the CRM to tell them who to call today, and why.

Automatic lead assignment

Assignment rules with their own filter and a daily capacity per rep: leads come in and distribute themselves, with nobody cherry-picking the easy ones. With teams, per-team email aliases and multi-company where needed.

Everything comes through one door

Web forms, email, phone and — with our connectors — WhatsApp and marketplaces feed a single record in real time. With campaign attribution in place from the first click, so you know which source brings money and which brings noise.

Forecasting wired to the rest

The forecast doesn't live in a separate spreadsheet: it builds on each opportunity's expected closing date and amount, and connects to Sales, Inventory and Purchasing. Selling more stops being a surprise for the warehouse.

From opportunity to order without retyping

The opportunity becomes a quotation with its customer, address and lines; the quotation becomes an order; the order becomes an invoice. One single chain, with no copying data between programs or reconciling two different versions of the truth.

Questions we get asked

Is the scoring any use if we're just starting out?
Not at first: the model needs won and lost opportunities to learn from. For the first few months you work with rules and human judgment, and once there's enough history the scoring starts sharpening on its own. It isn't instant magic and we'd rather say so up front.
Do emails and calls stay on the record?
Yes. Every opportunity has its message thread with incoming and outgoing email, internal notes and pending activities. A per-team email alias turns incoming messages into leads, and calls are logged from the CRM itself.
Can leads be distributed without a person doing it?
Yes. Each team and each rep has an assignment rule and a daily capacity, and Odoo distributes periodically according to those criteria. No more informal handouts where the good leads always land on the same desk.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise for all this?
Not for the CRM: the pipeline, predictive scoring, teams and assignment rules are all in Community. What a company usually lacks isn't the CRM itself but everything around it — and that's where JUMO Community Plus comes in.
