Odoo Web · Ecommerce

Your website is no shop window: it is your ERP speaking.

An online store built apart from the ERP is a factory of discrepancies: the catalog gets updated twice, the stock runs late, and orders come in on one side and get invoiced on another. In Odoo the website is not a separate system — it publishes the same product, the same price list and the same stock your warehouse uses, and the order is born already inside. Ours is what goes on top: performance, marketplace connections and a buying experience that moves as fast as your operation.

One catalog, not two

Products, variants, photos, attributes and translations live in the ERP and get published on the website. You change a price or a product sheet once, and there is no copy somewhere else waiting to go stale.

Prices that depend on who is looking

Price lists by country, channel or customer group, with quantity discounts and special prices for identified customers. The wholesaler enters the same website and sees their own rates, with no second site to build.

Real stock, real promises

Availability calculated against inventory, with the option to sell on backorder showing the lead time. Promising a delivery stops being an act of faith and after-sales incidents drop on their own.

From cart to delivery note without hands

The web order comes in as a sales order and generates its delivery note, its invoice and its payment. Nobody retypes orders in the morning, which is where hours get lost and expensive errors slip through.

Customer portal

Their orders, their invoices, their delivery notes and their quotes pending signature, in a private area. Every question the customer settles alone is a call that never reaches your team.

Marketplaces and speed

With our connectors, the same products and the same stock reach the marketplaces where you sell. And we tune the site's performance and technical SEO, because a slow store is a store that does not convert.

Questions we get asked

Is the stock on the website the real one?
Yes: availability comes out of Odoo's inventory, not out of a copy synced every night. You choose whether to allow selling with no stock while showing the delivery lead time, or to make the product unavailable.
Can we have different prices for trade customers?
Yes. With price lists assigned to customer groups: when the customer logs in they see their rates, their volume discounts and their terms, on the same website as every other visitor.
Do orders have to be keyed into the ERP by hand?
No, because there are not two systems: the web order already is an Odoo sales order, with its customer, its delivery address and its invoice. It is the main reason a store lives better inside the ERP than outside it.
And if we also sell on marketplaces?
They connect through our ecommerce connection modules, so catalog, prices and stock come out of the same place and orders return into the same flow. One more channel stops meaning one more manual process.
