JUMO Community Plus · Portugal

Also certified in Portugal.

Invoicing in Portugal isn't translating an invoice into Portuguese: it's complying with the Autoridade Tributária, and that means certified series, ATCUD codes, signed documents and the SAF-T file ready to submit. Plenty of Iberian companies end up with two programs and two sets of books simply because they never found anyone who solves both sets of rules at once. Community Plus invoices in line with Portuguese regulation from the same system that runs your Spanish operation, on a single installation.

Certified series and ATCUD

Certified numbering and validation codes compliant with the Autoridade Tributária, generated by the system itself on every document. No parallel processes and no files somebody has to prepare on the side.

SAF-T without surprises

The file comes out of the system with the data already reconciled, ready to submit on time. That's the moment you find out whether invoicing was built properly from the start or only looked like it.

Genuinely Iberian

Spain and Portugal on the same instance, each company with its own regulation, numbering and chart of accounts. One operation, two legal frameworks met, no manual bridge between them.

A group with clear accounts

Multi-company and multi-currency with intercompany operations and consolidation you can actually read. Seeing the whole group stops requiring a spreadsheet only its author understands.

Documents in their own language

Invoices, delivery notes and communications in Portuguese for your customers there and in Spanish for the ones here, from the same templates. Language is decided per customer, not per installation.

Partners on both sides

We work with Odoo Gold partners in Spain and in Portugal, so the project has someone alongside it in both countries. Crossing the border stops being a calendar problem.

Questions we get asked

Can we invoice in Spain and Portugal from the same Odoo?
Yes, and that's the case it's designed for: one installation, two companies, each with its own regulation, certified numbering and chart of accounts. No duplicated system and no second set of books kept by hand.
What is ATCUD and why does it matter?
It's the validation code the Autoridade Tributária requires on documents, tied to series communicated in advance. Without it your Portuguese invoices aren't valid, however good they look.
Does the system generate the SAF-T?
Yes, from your already reconciled accounting data, ready to submit. What it avoids is the usual scene: rebuilding the file at the last minute with information that lives in three different places.
Do we need a vendor in Portugal?
Not for the technology. And for local support we work with Odoo Gold partners there too, so the project doesn't depend on someone crossing the border every time a question comes up.
